APARTMENT TURN OVER RENOVATION DONE BY US
Service included new kitchen w/backsplash, new flooring through out, furniture design (furnished unit), painting, appliance installation and lighting install

MAINTENANCE RATES
Calls start as little as $99 for the first hour and $65 an hour after that.
*Emergency call hourly rates differ.
Unless the job is quoted per project or per day you will not be charged an hourly rate.
For on going light duty work, with a contract - we charge no more than $400 per day, some exclusions apply.
Hourly rates go up if more than one employee is required at job site.
We charge most services by the square foot (decks, siding, painting) and a flat fee for doors and windows.
Unit renovation costs differ per job.
Any major job that requires a licensed electrician, HVAC or licensed plumber with or without permits will have a per job price.
